To produce a bespoke presentation for the UK’s top retailers, highlighting the untapped growth potential in the cheese category.
In order to bring clarity to the presentation, we developed a visual designed Category Vision including bespoke Growth Levers that helped to segment the overall category, providing a rationale for each Growth Driver.
The success of the presentation was achieved by tailoring it to each individual account. This was done, not just by changing the logo on the presentation, but by introducing a ‘step-by-step’ approach to each account, and highlighting why certain Growth Levers were relevant to the account.
An exemplary, user-friendly presentation deck with a structured, measured approach, which has been very well received by the accounts it has been presented to.
